At Happytail Puppies, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. If your purchase doesn't fit your style or size, we are committed to making the return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
